Jim and Cheryl Flint ‘94 Proudly Sponsor Von Miller’s Gig ‘Em Gala

College Station, TX, April 14, 2021 --- Beyond the Tailgate, a memoir by Jim and Cheryl Flint ’94, will serve as one of several sponsors for Von Miller’s Gig ‘Em Gala on April 23 in College Station, TX. The event, held at the exclusive Miramont Country Club, will unite many Aggies, including Former Student and Super Bowl MVP Von Miller, for an evening to benefit Von’s Vision – a charitable foundation that delivers eyecare and eyewear to low-income students.

Proceeds from Beyond the Tailgate, will grow the endowed scholarship already established by the Flint family. The memoir captures the spirit of Aggieland and the core values of the University: Excellence, Integrity, Leadership, Loyalty, Respect and Selfless Service.

The couple recently established the Jim and Cheryl Flint '94 Endowed Scholarship at Texas A&M University's College of Biomedical Sciences and Veterinary Medicine. Proceeds from the sale of this book will go to fund additional scholarships at Texas A&M University.
